Ingredients
- 2 tsp Canola oil
- 1 lb Chicken pcs, skinned, boned
- 1/2 x Onion, minced
- 1 x Garlic clove, chopped
- 1 lb Fresh or possibly 12 ounces canned tomatillos
- 3 whl roasted green chilies, minced
- 1/2 c. Apple juice
- 1 Tbsp. Fresh minced cilantro
Directions
- Spray a non-stick skillet with vegetable cooking spray. Heat oil and saute/fry chicken. Add in onion and garlic, stirring till limp. Add in remaining ingredients. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer about 15 min.
