Chicken Enchilada dip for the crock pot Recipe

Chicken dip..
Make it as spicy or mild as you want.
Very addictive.

Ingredients

  • Cream cheese 16 oz
  • Sour Cream 1 cup
  • Mayonaise 1 cup
  • Fiesta Ranch seasoning 1 pouch (Hidden Valley)
  • Parmesan Cheese (grated) 2 cups
  • Mexican Cheese blend (shredded) 2 cups
  • Green Chili's (chopped) 4oz
  • Jalapenos (chopped) I use 1 cup hot but if you like less spice use mild.
  • Shredded chicken breast meat 2 cups

Directions

  1. Combine cream cheese, mayonaise sour cream and Fiesta ranch powder until smooth.
  2. Add Parmesan cheese and shredded mexican cheese.
  3. Add in drained chopped peppers and chicken meat.
  4. Heat in crock pot on low setting until hot and bubbly.
  5. Serve with tortilla chips.
