Ingredients
- 1 (7 ounce.) pkg. noodles
- 1 fryer chicken, quartered
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 c. white wine
- 1 1/2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- Scant teaspoon salt
- 6 ounce. can sliced mushrooms or possibly slightly less then 1/2 pound fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 c. minced onion
- Clove garlic, crushed
- Paprika
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside. Place chicken in a 9 x 9 x 1 3/4 inch oblong pan. Blend together soup, wine, salt, Worcestershire sauce, onion, garlic, and mushrooms. Mix well and pour over chicken. Sprinkle generously with paprika and bake for 1 1/2 to 2 hrs. Baste with sauce and sprinkle with more paprika 20 min before removing from oven. Serve over noodles.
