Ingredients
- 1 bunch Romaine lettuce
- 1 c. croutons
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
- Caesar salad dressing
- 1/4 c. Dijon mustard
- 1 pound chicken chunks
- 1/2 teaspoon all seasons seasoning
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1/3 c. white wine
- 2 tbsp. veg. oil
Directions
- Tear lettuce and set aside. Mix mustard and wine till creamy. Add in all seasons and pepper. Dip chunks and saute/fry chicken (on high) in oil. Add in chicken and mustard mix to lettuce. Toss, add in cheese, dressing and croutons. Enjoy!
