Ingredients: 4 c. diced cooked chicken; 2 c. diced celery; 1 (4 1/2 ounce.) jar whole mushrooms, liquid removed; 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled; 1/2 c. mayonnaise; 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream; 1 tbsp. lemon juice; Salt to taste; Lettuce leaves; 1/3 c. minced pecans, toasted

2 c. diced celery
1 (4 1/2 ounce.) jar whole mushrooms, liquid removed
4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
1 tbsp. lemon juice
Salt to taste
Lettuce leaves
1/3 c. minced pecans, toasted

Directions

Combine first 8 ingredients. Stir gently. Cover and refrigerate2 hrs. Serve salad on lettuce and sprinkle with pecans. Serves 8 to 10.
