Ingredients

  • 1 piece chicken per person, thigh or possibly breast
  • 2 links sausage per person (brown if you like but not necessary)
  • 1 can artichoke hearts (or possibly 2 per person)
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can water chestnuts
  • Red or possibly white wine to taste (approx. 1 can)

Directions

  1. Blend soup and wine. Add in all remaining ingredients and spoon over chicken in casserole or possibly roasting pan. Bake covered at 350 degrees 1 hour. Uncover and bake 15 min longer. Serve over rice.
