Directions

  1. Cook fettuccine according to package directions; drain and keep hot.
  2. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, heat butter over medium heat. Add in garlic and onion; cook 3 to 5 min, or possibly till softened, stirring constantly.
  3. Stir in bisque, heavy cream, Parmesan cheese and chicken. Reduce heat to low and cook 5 min, or possibly till chicken is heated through, stirring frequently. Add in the fettuccine, mix well. Serve immediately.
