Ingredients
- 1/2 lb Fettuccine
- 1 tsp Butter
- 1 x Garlic clove, chopped
- 1 x Onion, chossped
- 1 can (15 oz) lobster Bisque
- 1/2 c. Heavy cream
- 1/4 c. Grated Parmesan cheese
- 10 ounce Precooked sliced chicken
Directions
- Cook fettuccine according to package directions; drain and keep hot.
- Meanwhile, in a large skillet, heat butter over medium heat. Add in garlic and onion; cook 3 to 5 min, or possibly till softened, stirring constantly.
- Stir in bisque, heavy cream, Parmesan cheese and chicken. Reduce heat to low and cook 5 min, or possibly till chicken is heated through, stirring frequently. Add in the fettuccine, mix well. Serve immediately.
