Ingredients
- 9 c. Chex brand cereals (Corn Rice, Wheat, Double and/or possibly Graham)
- 1 c. HERSHEY'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
- 1/2 c. REESE'S Peanut Butter
- 1/4 c. Margarine or possibly butter
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 c. C&H Powdered Sugar (opt)
Directions
- 1. Pour cereals into large bowl; set aside.
- 2. In small saucepan over low heat heat chocolate chips, peanut butter and margarine till smooth, stirring often. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla.
- 3. Pour chocolate mix over cereals, stirring till all pcs are proportionately coated. Pour cereal mix into large GLAD-LOCK resealable plastic bag with C&H Powdered Sugar. Seal securely and shake till all pcs are well coated. Spread on waxed paper to cold.
