Ingredients
- 9 c. Chex cereal, any variety
- 1 c. Semi-sweet Chocolate Chips
- 1/2 c. Peanut butter
- 1/4 c. Butter or possibly margarine
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1Â 1/2 c. Powdered Sugar
Directions
- Pour cereal into large bowl, set aside. In small saucepan over low heat heat chocolate chips, peanut butter, and margarine till smooth, stirring often. Remove form heat, stir in vanilla. Pour chocolate mix over cereal, stirring till all pcs are coated. Pour cereal into a ziploc bag, add in powdered sugar. Seal and shake till all pcs are well coated. Spread on waxed paper to cold.
