Ingredients
- 1 pkt (8oz) softened cream cheese
- 1 can Sweetened condensed lowfat milk
- 2 can Cherry pie filling
- 1 can (small) of crushed pineapple, juice included
- 1/2 c. Minced pecans
- 1 lrg Tub of Cold Whip
Directions
- I put the cream cheese, condensed lowfat milk, and pineapple juice in a mixing bowl and used my electric mixer to whiz this to a creamy consistency. Then I folded in nuts, 1 can of cherry pie filling, pineapple, and cold whip. Now use the other can of the cherry pie filling to make a ring around the top. Then throw some minced nuts on it!! I put this in a beautiful crystal dish. Looked like I worked for hrs...... Put in the refrigerator to chill. I was out of the kitchen in about 45 to 50 min Latkes included.
