Cherry Cheesecake Pie Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 x 9 inch graham cracker pie crust
  • 1 x (8 oz) softened cream cheese
  • 1 x (14 oz) can sweetened condensed lowfat milk
  • 1 x (21 oz) can cherry pie filling, chilled
  • 1/2 c. reconstituted lemon juice
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions

  1. Method:1. In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese till fluffy. Add in condensed lowfat milk and mix thoroughly. Stir in lemon juice and vanilla.
  2. 2. Pour into crust. Refrigerate2 hrs. Top with cherry or possibly other pie filling before serving. Chill.
  3. Makes 1 - 9 inch pie
  4. This is the best cheesecake (pie) I've ever had.
