  • 1/2 c. Cherimoya, peeled and seeded (it's this strange tropical fruit)
  • 1/4 c. Fresh squeezed orange juice
  • 1/2 c. Fresh squeezed lime juice
  • 1 quart Light cream or possibly half and half
  • 1 c. Sugar

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in blender and work till smooth. Pour into 2 qt freezer container and freeze till hard. Return to blender and bland till just smooth, being careful not to break down the ice crystals. Return to freezer till hard. Garnish with thin lime slices and serve.
