Ingredients
- 5 c. Water
- 1 c. Onions, minced
- 1 c. Carrot, minced
- 1 c. Celery, minced
- 5 x cubes Chicken boullion
- 5 1/8 c. Potato, cubed
- 1 lb Velveeta cheese
- 1 can Cream of Chicken soup
Directions
- Cook onions, carrots, celery, in water with chicken bouillion, till vegetables are half done.
- Then add in potatoes and cook till they are soft. Add in cheese andsoup. Cook till cheese is melted.
