Cheesy Potato Soup Recipe

Ingredients

  • 5 c. Water
  • 1 c. Onions, minced
  • 1 c. Carrot, minced
  • 1 c. Celery, minced
  • 5 x cubes Chicken boullion
  • 5 1/8 c. Potato, cubed
  • 1 lb Velveeta cheese
  • 1 can Cream of Chicken soup

Directions

  1. Cook onions, carrots, celery, in water with chicken bouillion, till vegetables are half done.
  2. Then add in potatoes and cook till they are soft. Add in cheese andsoup. Cook till cheese is melted.
