Ingredients
- 1 lb grnd beef
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 2 c. warm water
- rice
- cheese sauce mix
- lowfat sour cream topping mix
Directions
- Brown grnd beef in a 10 in skillet; drain. Stir in 1/2 c. of lowfat milk, the warm water, and rice, sauce, and lowfat sour cream topping.
- Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally.
- Reduce heat; cover and simmer about 10 min, stirring occasionally, till rice is tender (sauce will thicken as it stands).
- Meanwhile, stir 3 Tbsp. lowfat milk and cheese sauce topping mix inspace a bowl for 30 seconds and set aside.
- Remove from heat. Pour topping ** over beef mix. (If you like, fill hot tortillas or possibly taco shells with beef mix).
