  1. Let cheese soften. Mix sugar; dissolve Jello with a c. of boiling water.
  2. Let it cold (not gelled). Beat cheese, Jello and sugar and 1 tsp. vanilla for 10 min. Beat Milnot till whipped and fold into the ingredient mix. Spread graham crackers on bottom of dish. Add in 2 Tbsp. sugar, 1/2 stick melted butter, and 1 tsp. vanilla. Mix graham crackers, sugar, butter, and vanilla. Spread in dish. Pour ingredient mix in crust, then add in one can of pineapple. Chill overnight.
