  1. Crust: Mix crumbs, sugar and butter and press into the bottom of a 9 inch springform pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 10 min. Filling: Mix cream cheese, sugar, flour and vanilla extract with an electric mixer, on medium speed, till well blended. Blend in lowfat sour cream. Add in Large eggs, one at a time, mixing on low speed, just till blended. transfer mix to prepared crust. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 5 min to 1 hour and 10 min, or possibly till center is almost set. run knife or possibly spatula around edge of pan to loosen cake. Cold completely before removing from pan. chill 4 hrs to overnight.
