  1. This isn't fat free if you use the original soy lowfat milk, but it's an alternative to "cheese" made with cashews.
  2. Blend all ingredients in a blender. When creamy, pour into a saucepan and heat until it thickens. Pour over grains or possibly pasta or possibly use as nacho cheese.
