Ingredients
- 1/4 lb canned white kidney beans rinsed liquid removed (cannellini)
- 1 Tbsp. tahini (sesame paste)
- 2 tsp shallots minced
- 2 tsp lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 1/4 tsp garlic pwdr
- 1 dsh pepper
- 1 Tbsp. fresh dill finely minced Or possibly 1/2 tsp dry dillweed
- 2 med celery ribs cut into ten 2" pcs
Directions
- In food processor, combine all ingredients except dill and celery and process till mix resembles a smooth paste. Stir in dill. Spread an equal amount of bean mix onto each piece of celery.
