Ingredients: 3/4 c. Oil; 12 tsp Sugar; 6 Tbsp. Vinegar; 6 Tbsp. Water; 1 dsh Pepper; 2 tsp Mustard pwdr; 1 1/2 tsp Salt; 1 bn Green onions; 4 x Full stalks celery

Ingredients

12 tsp Sugar
6 Tbsp. Vinegar
6 Tbsp. Water
1 dsh Pepper
2 tsp Mustard pwdr
1 1/2 tsp Salt
1 bn Green onions
4 x Full stalks celery

Directions

Put all above in blender or possibly processor, whizz for a while, until you get an emulsion.....et voila......fabulous on green salad, or possibly even just over a washed and shredded Romaine lettuce.
