Directions

  1. Steam or boil cauliflower until tender.
  2. In a small sauce pan, heat oil.
  3. Add garlic and saute until golden.
  4. Remove from heat.
  5. In a blender or food processor, combine yogurt, mustard, soy sauce, dill, adn garlic cooked in oil.
  6. Blend until smooth.
