Ingredients

  • 2 c. Shredded Cheddar Or possibly swiss cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. All purpose flour
  • 1/4 tsp Paprika
  • 1 can Cream of celery soup
  • 1/2 c. Beer or possibly white wine or possibly water

Directions

  1. Toss together, cheese, flour and paprika. Combine soup and beer.
  2. Heat. Over low heat add in cheese, stirring till completely melted.
  3. Serve with French Bread Cubes
