Ingredients
- 1 lrg head cabbage, cut up fine
- 2 Tbsp. salt
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp celery seed
- 1 Tbsp. mustard seed
- 1 x green pepper, minced fine
Directions
- Add in salt to the cabbage; let stand 2 hrs.
- Boil together the vinegar and sugar. Pour warm mix over cabbage.
- Add in the celery seed, mustard seed & green pepper.
- Stir; then cover and let stand in refrigerator till well chilled. This will keep for several days.
