Ingredients

  • 6 cl Garlic, chopped
  • 1/2 c. Freshly minced basil
  • 4 Tbsp. Lightly toasted pine nuts
  • 1 Tbsp. White wine
  • 2 Tbsp. Freshly grated parmesan Cheese Salt to taste Crushed dry red chile to Taste
  • 1/2 lb Unsalted butter, softened (2 sticks).

Directions

  1. Make each sauce, mix all the ingredients together well. Heat to serve.
