Ingredients

  • 1 lb Brown rice cooked
  • 1/2 lb Sweet Corn cooked or possibly 1 c. frzn corn or possibly 1 can Corn Liquid removed
  • 1/2 c. Finely minced onion
  • 1/2 c. Finely diced red pepper
  • 1/2 c. Finely diced green pepper
  • 2 lrg Hard guavas finely diced or possibly kiwis or possibly tart apples
  • 4 Tbsp. Vegetable oil

Directions

  1. Heat the oil in a large wok or possibly pan and saute/fry the onion till translucent/soft.
  2. Add in the diced green and red peppers and saute/fry till tender. Reduce the heat and stir in the corn, rice, and finally the guava. Remove from heat and season to taste. Refrigeratein the refrigerator and stir again before serving. For a flavor accent, you may toss in a vinaigrette dressing. Each
