  • I head Brocolli
  • 1 can healthy request cream of mushroom soup
  • 3/4 cup sharp cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1/4 cup mayo
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1/2 cup Ritz cracker crumbs

Directions

  1. Cook brocolli half done
  2. place florets in casserole dish
  3. stir soup over heat, add cheese to melt
  4. In seperate bowl combing milk, mayo, and egg
  5. mix well and add to soup mixture
  6. pour over brocolli
  7. sprinkle cracker crumbs over top
  8. Bake 350 for 45 minutes
