Ingredients
- 1 bunch broccoli (florets only)
- 1 sm. onion, minced
- 1/2 to 1 c. dark raisins
- 12 slices bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
Directions
- You may want to add in mushrooms and poppy seeds to your dressing.
- Put the onion and raisins in the dressing and let stand a few hrs to marinate.
- Put all ingredients into a large bowl. You can add in cauliflower with the broccoli, if so desired. Put bacon over salad just before serving.
