  • 2/3 c. thin spaghetti (broken into bite size pcs)

Directions

  1. Saute/fry in 1/3 c. extra virgin olive oil for 5 min to brown. Add in: 1 c. broccoli florets 1/4 teaspoon thyme
  2. Boil, covered for 15 min. Add in: 1/2 c. green onions, sliced 1/4 c. red pepper, diced
  3. Cook 10 min more or possibly till done.
