Ingredients
- 2 c. Cooked rice (not instant kind)
- 3 Tbsp. Butter
- 1 x Soup can of lowfat milk
- 2 box frzn minced broccoli
- 1 can Cream of chicken soup
- 1 sm Jar cheese whiz
- 1 c. Minced celery Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Thaw broccoli in one c. of boiling water. Saute/fry onion and celery in butter. Add in soup and lowfat milk to onion. Fold in cheese and simmer for 1-2 mins.
- Add in liquid removed broccoli, rice and seasonings. Pour into 9x13 inch ungreased cake pan and bake 30-40 mins. at 350 F.
