Ingredients
- 3 c. cooked rice
- 1 (20 ounce.) pkg. broccoli cuts, cooked & liquid removed
- 3 c. cubed cooked chicken, beef or possibly pork
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 env. onion soup mix
- 1 lg. can evaporated lowfat milk
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 2 c. cubed bread cubes
- 1 stick butter, melted
Directions
- Thoroughly combine all ingredients except bread crumbs and last stick of butter. Pour into greased 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Top with bread crumbs and drizzle with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min.
