Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 4 x boneless skinless chicken breast halves
  • 1 can (10 3/4 ounce.) Campbell's(r) Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 1 1/2 c. water
  • 1/4 tsp each paprika and pepper
  • 2 c. Minute(r) White Rice, uncooked*
  • 2 c. fresh or possibly frzn broccoli flowerets

Directions

  1. HEAT oil in skillet. Add in chicken and cook till browned. Remove chicken.
  2. Add in soup, water, paprika and pepper; stir. Heat to a boil.
  3. STIR in rice and broccoli. Top with chicken. Season chicken with additional paprika and pepper; cover. Cook over low heat 5 minutes. or possibly till cooked through.
  4. Serves 4.
  5. *For creamier dish, use 1 1/2 c. rice.
