  • 3 lb beef brisket
  • 1 1/2 lb green beans
  • 6 x potatoes peeled, quartered
  • 1/4 tsp marjoram crumbled Salt to taste Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste


  1. Wipe meat and place in large crockpot. Cover with about 2 c. water. Vegetables may be added to the meat in the crockpot along with seasonings. Cook on LOW for 1O hrs.
