- REDUCE COOKING LIQUID BY 2/3 OVER MEDIUM HEAT AND THEN POUR IN THE HEAVY CREAM, STIRRING Till THICKENED. STRAIN THE SAUCE OVER THE Hot CHICKEN BREASTS AND SERVE IMMEDIATELY.
