  • 1 large can Baked Beans
  • 1 lb bratwurst, in 2 inch slices
  • 1 3 inch cube of salt pork, diced
  • 1 large onion, diced
  • 1 tsp. Coleman's English Mustard
  • 1 Tbsp. molasses
  • 1 Tbsp. dry onion soup mix
  • 3 Tbsp. hickory barbecue sauce

Directions

  1. In a stove-top to oven baking dish, saute/fry the finely cubed pork with the diced onion and sliced bratwurst till the onion is beginning to brown. Stir in remaining ingredients.
  2. Bake in a preheated 400
