Bourbon Kielbasa Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 lb kielbasa cut up (2 to 3)
  • 1/2 c. bourbon or possibly brandy
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 c. ketchup

Directions

  1. Combine above ingredients and simmer for 1 hour or possibly 1 1/2 hrs, uncovered. Very good at Christmas with toothpicks in Kielbasa. Serve with sauce.
  2. Wieners are great too!!
