- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 3 tbsp. white wine vinegar
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 2 anchovies, minced (optional)
- Freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- Croutons
Directions
- Mix together very well, then toss with salad greens (curly leaf lettuce, Romaine lettuce, spinach leaves). Then top with Parmesan cheese and croutons. Serves 6.
