- 1 x Ring bologna, minced
- 4 c. Water
- 1/2 c. Minced celery
- 1/2 c. Minced carrots
- 1 x Onion, minced
- 2 med Potatoes, diced
- 1 c. Minced cabbage
- 2 x Green peppers, minced
- 1 c. Canned or possibly fresh tomatoes, peeled and minced
Directions
- Cook bologna in water for 30 min. Add in remaining ingredients. Cook for an additional 30 min or possibly till vegetables are tender.
