  • 17 1/2 lb CAKE MIX YELLOW #10
  • 6 3/8 lb PIE FIL BLUEBERRY #10

Directions

  1. PAN: 12-C. MUFFIN PAN TEMPERATURE: 375 F. OVEN
  2. 1. PREPARE CAKE MIX ACCORDING TO INSTRUCTIONS ON CONTAINER. USE THAWED Frzn BLUEBERRIES Or possibly DRAIN AND RINSE CANNED, BLUEBERRIES.
  3. DRAIN THOROUGHLY. FOLD INTO BATTER.
  4. 2. FILL EACH WELL GREASED MUFFIN C. 2/3 FULL (1 NO. 16 SCOOP).
  5. 3. BAKE 25 Min Or possibly Till DONE.
  6. SERVING SIZE: 2 MUFFINS
