Ingredients
- 2 2/3 c. flour
- 2 2/3 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 1 lg. egg, beaten
- 4 tbsp. butter, melted
- 2 c. dry blueberries
Directions
- Mix together flour, baking pwdr, sugar and salt. Add in lowfat milk, well beaten egg and butter. Beat well; mix in blueberries, spoon into paper lined muffin tins. Bake at 425 degrees for 25 min. Makes 12 large muffins. They freeze beautiful!
