Ingredients
- 1 c. butter or possibly margarine
- 1 3/4 c. sugar
- 4 x Large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 1/2 c. flour, healthy pinch of salt
- 1 1/2 tsp baking pwdr
- 1 can blueberry pie filling
Directions
- Beat together butter, sugar, Large eggs and vanilla at medium speed about 2 min till light and fluffy. Gradually add in flour, salt and baking pwdr. Beat well. Spread into an 11 x 7-inch greased pan, saving 1/2 of the batter for the top. Spread blueberry pie filling over dough. Drop rest of dough over which by spoonfulls and spread out. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 min. Sprinkle with powdered sugar or possibly with a thin powdered sugar frosting just here and there.
- You may also use strawberry or possibly apple pie filling.
