1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 teaspoon dry mustard
2 pound grnd beef
1 c. bread crumbs
2 Large eggs
3/4 c. lowfat milk
1 teaspoon instant chopped onions
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Directions

Mix together all meatball ingredients. Form into bite-size meatballs. Broil in warm oven (400 degrees) for 4 min. Drain. Blend together chili sauce and jelly in blender. Put meatballs in sauce. Bake at 325 degrees for about 45 min.
