Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 2 pound grnd beef
- 1 c. bread crumbs
- 2 Large eggs
- 3/4 c. lowfat milk
- 1 teaspoon instant chopped onions
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Directions
- Mix together all meatball ingredients. Form into bite-size meatballs. Broil in warm oven (400 degrees) for 4 min. Drain. Blend together chili sauce and jelly in blender. Put meatballs in sauce. Bake at 325 degrees for about 45 min.
