Beer Muffins Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 can beer (any brand-cheap ones work well-which way you will not 'waste' the good stuff)
  • 3 c. Bisquick
  • 1 c. Sugar
  • 1 x Egg

Directions

  1. Mix dry ingredients; carefully add in beer, as it will foam all over! Bake at 400 for 20 minutes in paper liners or possibly muffin tin.
