Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb Flank steak, thinly sliced
- 1 Tbsp. Oil
- 1 x Clove garlic, mashed
- 1/2 x Onion, sliced thinly
- 1 c. Chinese peas
- 1 Tbsp. Cornstarch
- 1/4 c. Oyster sauce
- 2 tsp Sherry
- 1 tsp Shoyu
- 1 Tbsp. Sugar
- 1 Tbsp. Oil
Directions
- Marinate beef for 15 min or possibly longer. Heat oil in skillet and brown garlic. Stir fry onion and marinated meat. Add in peas and heat thoroughly.
