Directions

  1. Slice beef thin across grain. Marinate beef in soy sauce, wine and salt. Shred broccoli. Place oil in wok and heat to smoking. Quickly stir-fry beef (no more than 3 min). Remove beef to platter and reserve. Add in broccoli to wok with 1/2 c. water and sugar. Turn wok to medium high, cover and cook 6 min, stirring often. After cooking broccoli, add in beef and stir well. Place on platter. Serves 4 to 6.
