Ingredients
- 1 can Condensed bean with bacon soup
- 1 can (4 ounce) diced green chiles
- 1/2 c. Water
- 1 tsp Garlic pwdr
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1 pkt (9 ounce) frzn black-eyed peas, slightly thawed
- 2 x Peeled and sliced carrots
- 1 x Sliced onion
- 1 1/2 lb Boneless beef chuck roast, trimmed of fat Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- In a crockpot, combine soup, green chiles, water, garlic pwdr, paprika, black-eyed peas, carrots, and onion. Mix to blend well. Place roast down into mix, covering top with some of it. Cover and cook on LOW setting for 10 hrs. Stir in salt and pepper to taste.
