Directions

  1. Combine butter and Worcestershire Sauce till warm over medium heat. Add in mushrooms and onions. Saute/fry till tender. Flatten steaks with a mallet and spread mustard on each piece. Cook in pan to desired doneness. Put mushrooms over steak when serving. Serves 4.
