Ingredients
- Fillet tips
- 2 tbsp. melted butter
- 2 tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 sm. can sliced mushrooms
- 1 c. minced onion
- 1/2 c. Dijon mustard
Directions
- Combine butter and Worcestershire Sauce till warm over medium heat. Add in mushrooms and onions. Saute/fry till tender. Flatten steaks with a mallet and spread mustard on each piece. Cook in pan to desired doneness. Put mushrooms over steak when serving. Serves 4.
