Ingredients
- 1 well trimmed whole beef tenderloin
- 1 teaspoon grnd thyme
- 1 teaspoon white pepper
- 1 tbsp. Lawry's Seasoned Salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/4 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 c. water
Directions
- Place beef on large sheet of aluminum foil and rub thyme into beef. Mix pepper, seasoned salt, garlic salt and oregano; sprinkle over beef and roll beef over foil to pick up remaining dry ingredients just sprinkled. Wrap beef in foil and chill for 12 hrs.
- Remove 2 hrs before cooking. Place beef in cooking pan and sprinkle with salt and Worcestershire sauce. Add in 1 c. water to the pan and cook 45 min at 400 degrees, rare to medium rare. Cook longer for medium to well.
