Directions

  1. Saute onion and green pepper in the butter. Add in rice, hot water, tomato sauce, salt and pepper; mix well. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 5 - 10 min. Turn off heat and add in cooked grnd beef. Serve hot.
