  • 4 c. (1/2 of 30 ounce. bag) frzn potato rounds
  • 1 pound hamburger
  • 1 can Durkee French fried onions
  • 1/3 c. lowfat milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic pwdr
  • 1 (10 ounce.) pkg. broccoli
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 4 ounce. (1 c.) shredded cheese
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper

Directions

  1. Place potatoes on bottom and up sides of 8 x 12 inch casserole. Bake, uncovered, at 400 degrees for 10 min. Brown beef in large chunks; drain. Place beef, broccoli, and 1/2 can onions in potato shell. Mix soup, lowfat milk, 1/2 c. cheese, and seasonings. Pour over beef mix. Bake, covered, at 400 degrees for 20 min. Top with remaining cheese and onions. Bake, uncovered, for 2-3 min.
