Ingredients

  • 1 pound beef sirloin cubes, raw
  • 1 sm. onion, minced
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 of 4 ounce. can mushrooms, liquid removed
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped (or possibly amount of garlic pwdr to equal 1 clove)
  • 1/4 c. red wine

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients. Cook on low 8 to 10 hrs. Serve over rice or possibly noodles.
