Ingredients

  • 2 cans (46 ounce.) V-8 juice
  • 2 lg. bags frzn mixed vegetables
  • Italian spices or possibly healthy pinch of Italian seasoning

Directions

  1. Cook and crumble grnd turkey. Mix ingredients in large soup pot and simmer for approximately 1 1/2 hrs.
